Does VINORUM pay off for your estate?

First the four models winery software is priced by, each with the one question to ask about it. Then you work it out yourself: this page adds up what you enter and subtracts the monthly fee and the setting-up fee. If the result is negative, it stays on the screen.

The four pricing models.

Each has its place. The difference lies in what grows along with you.
Licence purchase plus maintenance One larger sum up front, then a yearly maintenance share. The one question to ask “Is the next major version included in maintenance — or does it cost again?”
Base price plus add-on modules A cheap entry price, every further area costs extra each month. The one question to ask “What does the combination I will need in three years cost — not today’s?”
Billing per login A price per person per month, sometimes with a base fee. The one question to ask “What does a login cost for six weeks of harvest help — and what happens if we share one?”
Everything included, by estate sizeour model One tier by estate size, every area included, logins not capped. The one question to ask “What exactly moves me into the next tier — and when?”

What you stop paying for.

Six items. Every assumption visible and editable.

The monthly fee replaces things that cost money or time today. Which of them apply to your estate is something only you know — so every assumption is out in the open. Set a figure to zero and the item drops out of the sum.

Commission on shop turnover The percentage a shop system or marketplace keeps per sale — excluding the payment provider’s fees, which stay either way. VINORUM charges no commission and is never in the flow of money.

Portal commission on bookings What booking portals keep on holiday flats, guest rooms or tastings, converted to a monthly figure. Guests book with you, and the guest data stays in the house.
