2. Data protection officer

We have not appointed a data protection officer because the statutory conditions for doing so (section 38 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, BDSG) do not apply to us. Please send any data protection question to the address above; it is answered by the management personally.

3. Visiting this website (server log files)

Every time a page is called up, the web server automatically records data that your browser transmits. These are:

• the address requested
• the date and time of the request
• the volume of data transferred and the status message
• the page visited before (referrer), if your browser sends it
• browser type, browser version and operating system
• your IP address

This data serves solely to deliver the website technically, to detect faults and to prevent abuse. It is not combined with other data sources and is not used to analyse user behaviour.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and fault-free operation of the website.
Retention: Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

4. Contact form, email and telephone

You can request an appointment through the contact form. What is transmitted are the fields you fill in — name and email address are required; wine estate, phone and the message are voluntary. In addition, the page and the language the enquiry was sent from are transmitted technically so that we can place it correctly.

The details are sent as an email to info@sispro.de and stored in our mailbox. They are used solely to handle your enquiry and are not passed on to third parties. The same applies if you write or call us directly.

The form contains a field invisible to you which serves to fend off automated submissions. If it is filled in, we discard the submission without storing it.

To protect against bulk submissions we limit the number of send attempts. To do so, an identifier that cannot be reversed is derived from your IP address and the date, and stored for at most fifteen minutes. The IP address itself is not stored.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: Until your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods stand in the way. You may object to further storage at any time.

5. Weather data from Open-Meteo

On the home page and on “Why VINORUM” we show a disease risk indicator calculated from public weather data for Würzburg. Your browser fetches those values directly from Open-Meteo (Open-Meteo, Zurich, Switzerland). In doing so your IP address is transmitted to Open-Meteo, because it is technically necessary for any connection.

No data is stored on or read from your device in the process — no cookie is set. Consent under section 25 of the German TDDDG is therefore not required. By decision of the European Commission, Switzerland is regarded as a country with an adequate level of data protection.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in showing how the risk indicator works using real values rather than example figures.

6. Audience measurement

If you have agreed, we measure the use of this website with Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Nothing happens without your consent. The script is not loaded, no cookie is set and no connection to Google is made. Only a click on “I agree” in the notice bar adds it — before that, the delivered page source contains not one line from Google.

What is collected: the pages you open and how long you stay, your approximate location, device type and browser, and the individual events we deliberately count — starting and finishing the price calculator, how far you get through the tour, a submitted contact form, a click on the phone number and a change of language. Your IP address is shortened in the process.

Legal basis: Information is stored on and read from your device solely with your consent under section 25(1) of the German TDDDG. The subsequent processing of your data rests on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent as well.

Transfer to the USA: Google may also process the collected data on servers in the United States. Legal protection there is not comparable to that in the European Union; in particular, state authorities may under certain circumstances access data without your having an enforceable remedy against it. By giving your consent you also consent to that transfer.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing up to that point is unaffected.

7. Linked services

On some pages we link to external services, for instance the App Store, Google Play, Instagram, weinland-franken.de, sispro.de, vinopteros.de and meteo.vinorum.cloud. These links are ordinary references, not embedded content — no data is transmitted as long as you do not click the link. Only after that does the privacy policy of the respective provider apply.

8. Hosting

This website runs on hardware owned by SISpro-connect GmbH & Co. KG in Germany. There is no processing on our behalf by an external hosting provider.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights against us at any time in respect of personal data concerning you:

• Access to whether and which data we process (Article 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
• Erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
• Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR)

An informal message to info@sispro.de is enough. You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time via the button in section 6.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is:

11. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR does not take place.

We adapt this policy as soon as the processing changes — for instance when we introduce audience measurement. The version published here is the one that applies.
