Three tiers by estate size: €149, €299 or €449 a month — every module is included in every tier, nothing to buy on top. One fiscalised till is included, each further one costs €19 a month. The VINI assistant is included with a generous fair-use allowance. On top of that comes setting up, once: €800, whatever the tier. No. There is no function you have to buy on top — not compliance, not the shop, the till, bookings or VINI. That is the most important difference to every competitor with a module kit.

No minimum term: you can cancel from day one with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month, and monthly fees paid are refunded pro rata — the one-off setting-up fee is not, it has been earned by the work. Paying annually, you pay eleven months instead of twelve — and keep that advantage pro rata if you cancel.

No. No counting of transactions (invoices, orders, cellar entries — unlimited), no per-user billing, no counting of events and no fee on your turnover — the payment account belongs to the estate, VINORUM is never in the flow of money.

Yes and no — and that is the honest answer. The areas where reception is poor anyway keep working without a connection: the cellar, the vineyard and the tasting room. You can also reach the documents of the last 90 days. The situation it is built for: the internet is gone and there are walk-in customers in the yard — you still write the delivery note and the invoice. Not everything works: anything beyond that needs the connection. As soon as the connection is back, everything synchronises by itself.

All of them: Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows, macOS and Linux. VINORUM runs in the browser and sits on the home screen like an app — no app store, no licence per workstation, no updates anyone has to install. Every device shows the same estate, in the same second.

Your AI assistant: “How much Riesling do I have left?” — asked in plain language, answered from your real estate data. VINI has read access only and always answers with its source. It is included in every tier.

The software calculates the disease-risk indicator (downy mildew, powdery mildew, botrytis) in every tier — already from public weather data. For parcel-specific values you add your own weather stations with leaf-wetness sensors (hardware, not part of the tier — see Getting started). No — the shop is VINORUM. What your customers see under your own address (shop.your-estate.com, for example) is your VINORUM from the outside: the same wines, prices and stock. Change a price and it applies in the shop; when a bottle leaves the cellar it leaves the shop in the same moment. An order is not imported, it is an order, with customer, stock movement and invoice. Payment is by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, advance payment or on account, straight into your own account. No separate shop subscription, no sales commission. Both. The shop analysis shows turnover, orders, average order value and customer count — switchable to month, previous month, year or total — plus turnover by month, category and payment method. Next to the top products is what nobody else shows: the slow movers. They decide what you bottle next year.

Yes, through the sales channels — Google Shopping, wein.plus (find+buy), Wine-Searcher, weinland-franken.de and more. You maintain your items once and switch a channel on or off. Each channel states what it costs and where the purchase happens: in your shop or on the platform. So you know beforehand whether you are buying reach or handing over your customer.

The recipients are your own addresses with the newsletter box ticked — no second address book at a mail provider. Every mail automatically carries an unsubscribe link. After sending you see the whole path: who opened it, who clicked what, and which order came out of it. That last connection is one a separate newsletter service cannot make — it knows the click, but not the order. In VINORUM mail and shop sit in the same system.

You do not start from zero: addresses, items, wine data, stock, parcels — if you want it, we take them over from the common winegrowing programs, merchandise systems and online shops, and from a spreadsheet if it comes to that. The migration is optional and costs a fixed price that depends on the program the data comes from. We send you the price list; what else falls due at the start is on the pricing page. The migration is selective: you see beforehand what would come across and decide — dead records and duplicate addresses stay out.

No. We migrate the data, you check it at your own pace and carry on in the new system once everything is right. The best time to switch is between harvest and bud break.

Yes, right away and without a salesperson: the tour shows VINORUM in sixteen units at your own pace. After that we will show you VINORUM on a test estate if you like — with plausible figures, without you having to hand over any data. A call or an email is enough.

Yes: a TSE signature per sale (TSE is the certified security module German law requires in every point of sale), the receipt obligation, the cash book and the Z report automatically. For a till inspection the standardised DSFinV-K package — the export format German tax auditors expect — and a finished data sheet for the till registration are ready to go: minutes, not days.

The declarations come out of the cellar book — stock, harvest and production declarations, wine fund levy, packaging volumes. You check and submit; nothing is kept twice. VINORUM raises deadlines as a task in good time: “8 days left until the stock declaration.”

In Germany — backed up centrally and available on every one of your devices. You do not have to worry about updates or backups.

Yes — the wine records are append-only: nothing is deleted, corrections are made only by a reversing entry, with an audit-proof batch history. Exactly the way an inspection wants to see it.
