Where do I land — and what does the start cost?
Seven questions for the monthly fee, one fixed amount for the start.The result follows the highest-class principle: the highest class you reach sets the price. The routes to market deliberately do not enter the price — they only steer which areas matter most in your estate.

One payment of €800, and you are in.
Everything beyond that is optional.Setting up is a fixed amount: €800 once, whatever your tier. Data migration and training you book separately or not at all. All amounts are net of VAT.
Your estate is created, your logins exist, and the letterhead is set: logo, address, tax number and bank details appear on quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices. From here VINORUM is yours — master data you create yourself or have migrated. Your vineyards you do not type in: upload the parcel export from your state’s application portal — FIONA, iBALIS, FLO, HELENA and the rest — and VINORUM builds the parcels from it, with polygon, FLIK and area. Variety and planting year you add afterwards, parcel by parcel; they are in none of these exports.
What the move costs depends on where the data comes from: a spreadsheet, Weinmann, Winestro or another program. Each has a fixed price — we send you the list. Before the migration you see what would come; dead records and duplicates stay out.
By arrangement, by telephone or with a shared screen. Billed in quarter hours, so an hour is €120. You book what you need — months later too.
Optional. The software is included in every tier and already calculates the disease-risk indicator from public weather data. If you want parcel-specific values, add your own stations with leaf-wetness sensors — the number, setup and connection are best discussed on site.
For Enterprise we agree the setting-up fee in conversation — there the work depends on things that cannot be priced in advance.

The base price is rarely the price.A low entry price is a real argument — as long as you count what stands beside it. These five lines regularly appear as a separate item in other pricing models. With VINORUM they stand as follows:

Which is why the monthly price on its own says little. Which pricing models exist on the market is set out on “Does it pay off” — with no vendor named, because we do not know the quotes on your desk.
And after that?
What the monthly fee already covers.VINORUM runs in the browser — on PC, Mac, Linux, tablet and phone. No licence per workstation, nothing to install, no app store. Add a device and you simply sign in; that is the whole procedure.
Updates cost nothing extra. New functions, adjusted declaration forms, a changed legal position — all of it comes with the monthly fee. There is no version to buy, no maintenance contract and no upkeep charge. You always work with the current state, without anyone installing anything.
If you want reassurance: no minimum term, four weeks to the end of the month.
