    What is required The trade and restaurants require a structured format; a PDF is no longer enough.
    VINORUM Every invoice is an electronic invoice out of the box. No add-on module, no surcharge.

    Packaging (PPWR)
    What is required Since 12 August 2026 the EU Packaging Regulation PPWR (EU) 2025/40 applies in place of the former German VerpackG, with the national accompanying act VerpackDG: registration in the LUCID register, a contract with a dual system, a return of the mass per material.
    VINORUM Recorded once per article. VINORUM works the kilograms out from the orders.

    Fertilisation
    What is required A requirement assessment before the application, a record after it — per management unit.
    VINORUM Recorded at the parcel, on the phone. The record comes into being as you work, not afterwards.

    Traceability
    What is required Backwards to every bottle, forwards to every batch.
    VINORUM The batch history grows with every entry and resolves in both directions.

    Deadlines
    What is required Filing dates once a year, with no warning.
    VINORUM Every deadline turns into a task in good time: “8 days to the stock declaration.”

    Authorisations
    What is required A product may only be used while its authorisation holds — the trade name stays the same.
    VINORUM Products from the official catalogue with their authorisation number. When one expires, it says so.

    Grants
    What is required Evidence about areas, measures and management — usually data recorded long ago.
    VINORUM It comes out of the field records. The work is in putting it together.

    Origin
    What is required Site, municipality, district and quality level have to match the wine — on the label and in the return.
    VINORUM Origin hangs on the parcel and travels with the batch. A blend works the proportions out.

The real case: connection down, customers in the yard — you write the delivery note and the invoice anyway. Everything synchronises by itself.
And you can leave again whenever you want. You can export your data throughout the term of the contract — in a common, machine-readable format, meaning a file you can open and keep on your own machine. You are not starting from nothing.

The move — without a standstill

Twenty years of data, and a move in the middle of the year — does the estate then stop? That is exactly what does not happen: your estate carries on unchanged while VINORUM fills up beside it with your real data.

Day one: your data moves inAddresses, articles, wine data, stock — out of the common winegrowing programs or out of Excel. What comes across is your decision; nothing is deleted in the old program. You commission the migration at a fixed price, depending on the old program. Your estate: working as always.
The weeks after: your estate takes shapeVINORUM does not arrive empty: sites and parcels, tanks and barrels, prices, till and shop take shape step by step. What you hand to us for migration, we enter; everything else you create yourself — either way, at the end there is no specimen estate on the screen, but yours. Your estate: harvesting, pressing, selling — as always.
Shortly before the move: your team learns on its own dataIf you want it, you are shown around your own data, separated by job: the vineyard on the phone, the cellar by QR code, the office with orders and returns. You book the quarter hours you need. Your estate: you can guess.
The move: only once everything is rightNo cut-off date, no leap — a decision. You pick the day. Your estate: not one day of downtime.
And afterwards? VINORUM runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone — no licence per workstation, nothing to install, no updates to apply. And if you want a way back: there is no minimum term.
