On Tuesday you pick 4,200 kg of Silvaner from the parcel “Hohe Wand”. One figure — follow it through a conventionally run estate.
The vineyard decides the cellar, the cellar decides the bottle, the bottle decides the invoice, and the invoice decides your cash flow. That is exactly where conventional software stops: bookkeeping here, field records there, the shop somewhere else. Every handover means: typing it again.
And every keystroke is a chance for a mistake that nobody notices.
