Tastings fill up by themselves, and overbooking is technically impossible.
Tickets with a QR code and a scanner
The ticket goes out as a link or a QR code, is cancelled on the phone and every scan is recorded. For entry without a signal there is an offline check mode.

Active bookings create the order automatically if you want, with a separate tax rate where needed.
